Against the backdrop of the beautiful Dinton Pastures, you’ll learn all about how to walk optimally. Over time, we pick up injuries, bad habits and muscles weaken, particularly when we sit at desks and in cars for hours at a time.
The first part of the workshop covers the common tweaks to your walk that can make all the difference every time you walk.
We’ll then head out into the park and start to embed the approach into our walk. By the time you leave, you’ll feel the difference, and have all the tools to repeat again and again.
Your posture will improve, your muscles will strengthen, and you’ll have discovered a new way of walking that can be used any time and where to lift your spirit and calm your nervous system.

Join Our Next WalkActive Workshop
Our Re-energise Workshop is a 2 hour experience designed to explore how walking, utilising a particular technique (WalkActive) can help you to walk taller, move better, and feel fantastic in your body.
We’ll begin with a relaxed session on the most common walking mistakes. You’ll learn and practice the signature WalkActive techniques that improve posture, boost pace, and leave you feeling noticeably different. You’ll take away skills you can use anytime, anywhere.

Learn the WalkActive Method via our Virtual Programme
Our Learn WalkActive Virtual programme is delivered online via the WalkActive Learning Portal and interactive online 1-1 sessions with your coach, to support, provide technical advice and problem solve.
We'll begin with an online coaching session to discuss what you want to get out of the course and problem solve any potential challenges that may get in the way of your learning. We want you to support you to create the space to learn this invaluable way of moving, so that you can utilise it anytime, anywhere in your life.
You'll receive access to a 14 day learning programme which breaks the WalkActive Method into short, easy to follow videos and guidance. You can learn this over 14 days or any desired time period, and you will have 2 interim coaching sessions, a coaching session at the end and 2 in the future, to ensure that support is on hand as you embed the technique into everyday life.

Faye holds a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification and is a WalkActive Certified Trainer, specially trained by Joanna Hall. She combines expert technical knowledge with practical coaching skills — helping you stay motivated, confident, and fully supported as you learn the WalkActive Method.
