Health and Wellness Coaching is for anyone looking to improve their current health and wellbeing. Whether you're seeking to lose weight, reduce low mood or anxiety, reduce or stop smoking or alcohol intake, increase physical activity, or make dietary changes, coaching can help you move toward your personal wellness goals—on your terms.

Our coaching works alongside any existing medical interventions, supporting—not replacing—the care you're already receiving. The focus is always on your goals, your pace, and what matters most to you.

Health and Wellness Coaching is a collaborative partnership. It’s not about telling you what to do—it’s about walking alongside you (literally, if you choose our walking sessions!) as you explore changes that feel achievable and right for your life.

The ultimate aim is self-management: equipping you with the tools, confidence, and clarity to maintain your wellbeing independently, knowing support is there if and when you need it.

Using a wide-angle lens, we look at all aspects of lifestyle, including:

Your Coach: A Supportive Guide

Faye, your Health and Wellness Coach at Move Mindset, is more than a coach—she’s a non-judgemental ally. With 11 years of experience, Faye brings both empathy and expertise to every session. She will never push or prescribe but will listen, guide, and gently challenge when needed. Signposting to other services or information is offered only when it may be helpful.

Faye is a UKIHCA-registered coach and a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She has studied Nutritional Science and uses this knowledge, alongside other coaching approaches, to help clients understand how lifestyle choices affect energy, mood, weight, and overall wellbeing.  She also uses aspects of neuro-coaching - this integrates aspects of neuroscience into the coaching process - bringing attention to your thoughts, subsequent feelings and actions as a result. 

Much of Faye’s experience has focused on supporting women who are juggling parenting, careers, and household responsibilities—often while putting themselves last. She also works with clients looking to increase movement, improve eating habits, and regain physical and mental confidence.

Faye is also:

  • A trainer/facilitator for a Personalised Care Institute (PCI) Accredited Health Coaching Skills course delivered to NHS and healthcare professionals

  • A support coach at the Centre for Nutritional Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM), supporting future health coaches and nutritional therapists.

How It Works

Move Mindset offers coaching remotely (via video or phone) or through Walking Coaching sessions in the Berkshire area combining physical movement with conversation and reflection in nature.

    Meet Faye and talk about your current challenges, what you'd like to change, and what support might look like

    Choose a programme
    If you decide to proceed, Faye will recommend a programme—3, 6, or 12 weeks—based on your goals and needs.

  • Step 3

    Book your sessions
    Appointments are scheduled in advance, ideally spaced 1–2 weeks apart for consistency and momentum.

  • Step 4

    Get ongoing support
    After each session, you’ll receive a personalised summary of key actions, insights, or any helpful resources or signposts discussed.
