Our Services

  • 1 to 1 personalised coaching (online or face to face). Following a one hour discovery call to ascertain whether Move Mindset Health Coaching is the right approach for you, you will typically have 6 sessions (to be held within a 3 month period).

  • 1 to 1 coaching (online, face to face and/or walking) for employees and staff members to support them with their health related goals, as part of your employee assistance scheme/employee benefits, or as part of a organisational wellbeing policy.

  • 1 to 1 coaching support for patients already working with the support of an expert/experts within the medical profession such as GPs, Nutritional Therapists, Physiotherapists etc to assist patients with adherence to recommended treatment plan.

About Me

I’m a Health Coach and qualified at the College for Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM) with a Nutrition Coach Diploma and Nutritional Science Diploma.

During my studies, I was introduced to the concept of coaching, as a means of communicating well with clients. I instantly recognised its value as a means of personal growth but also as a tool to help others explore what they really want and methods to overcome barriers and conflicts. It ignited a passion for coaching which I was able to develop in my role as Module Leader and Support Coach for the Coaching modules at CNELM.

Since then I’ve developed my coaching skills by working with clients one to one. I became a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). Many of my clients have been looking for the confidence to start a new career or want support moving forwards in their new business. As a business owner myself, its taken time to get from the initial seeds of an idea, to making a full time commitment to follow my passion. This process of discovery led me to recognise that I became more focused, more creative, more committed and less fearful, if I incorporated physical movement into every day. Whilst I always recognised the importance of exercise, there had many situations and excuses made, where I didn’t prioritise movement, and the outcome in terms of my mental health and the impact on my behaviour, relationships and decisions, were not so great.

My mission then became clear - to help people to move more.

I’d like to help you to move more and in the way that you want, that fits into your life, bringing you mental clarity, headspace, increased energy and ultimately a change in mindset that will make you more open to new possibilities.
